At Cal Java Coffee Roasters, we value quality, community, sustainability, and cultural exchange. We believe in the power of small-batch coffee to not only provide a delicious and unique experience for our customers, but also to promote and support small-scale, responsible farming practices around the world. By sourcing our coffee from diverse regions and roasting it in-house, we strive to showcase the unique flavors and stories behind each cup.
We are committed to building strong relationships with our local community, and to providing high-quality coffee at a reasonable price. We believe that everyone deserves access to great coffee and that our shop should be a welcoming space for all members of our community.
We are also passionate about increasing global connectivity through coffee. By traveling the world to source unique beans and build relationships with farmers, we hope to promote cultural exchange and understanding. Coffee has the power to bring people together, and we are excited to share that power with our community in Chico and beyond.
