Whole Beans

I received my shipment of French Roast coffee only to discover the beans were whole vs ground. I called the store on East Ave. to notify them of the mix-up. The associate I spoke with was very understanding and assured me a replacement order would be mailed out immediatly with ground beans. The shipment arrived the next day! Great customer service!! Kudos to the CalJava associate who made this happen.
